What a joyful experience it was this morning with the Skyline Church Nursing Home Ministry Team bringing the Joy of Christmas to Brighten Place, Spring Valley residence. During the altar call hands were raised to recieve Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Jesus said, " as you do unto the least of these, you do unto me."
The team performed many songs and read Scripture reflecting on the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is not just a seasonal ministry outreach for all of us, this is an ongoing joyous ministry outreach to those who are so often left alone without family or friends. We are all God's children.
This ministry is the heart and hands of Jesus.
Thank you everyone,
Sincerely, In Christ

Thank you Cindy and Team
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Cindy and the Skyline Church Nursing Home Ministry team. I'm committed to serving you and your team. This is a very special ministry reaching those who often have been left alone. You are the heart and hands of Jesus Christ. I started serving on the Nursing Home Ministry Team in 2004 as a ministerial student and will always feel blessed to have served on this team. I look forward to 2011 and seeing where God will continue to lead this ministry under the leadership of Cindy.
Sincerely,
In His Grace,
Pastor Bob Lenz
